This past holiday season, LiveLikeLou started the “Iron Horse Holiday Program” with the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the ALS Association. Recall that an ALS diagnosis can mean extreme financial hardship for a family. So this year, area families who need a little extra help received a $100 gift card for a holiday dinner and a $100 gift card for each of their children to buy gifts. Below is a great picture of Matthew and Frank Tabin showing off their holiday spirit. Also, check out the custom card designed by our nephew Matthew Alexander – signed with Lou’s actual signature – which was given to the families along with their holiday gifts!
Thank you to our donors for making this program possible and reminding these families that they are not alone in their battle with ALS.
