It was a special evening at the Arizona Diamondbacks game last night when Live Like Lou staff and board members joined our friends at Phi Delta Theta Fraternity for their 84th Biennial Convention. More than 400 Live Like Lou attendees from Phi Delt and the Phoenix ALS community gathered at Chase Field for a pre-game presentation to two very special ALS families.

Thanks to our friends at the Permobil Foundation, Bob Miller of Mesa, Arizona, was surprised with a custom Permobil wheelchair to assist him in his journey with ALS.

The Live Like Lou Foundation also presented Gabrielle Prieto, an incoming freshman at Oregon State, with an Iron Horse Scholarship worth $17,040. Gabi's mom Jennifer passed from ALS earlier this year after a four-and-a-half-year battle.
